The Strongest Villain, Who had Hidden Himself Deep in the Mountains to Escape His Downfall, is Dragged Back into the Spotlight by the Heroine He Once Saved

After being reincarnated into a romance-action RPG, a man discovers that he hasn't become the hero or one of the game's love interests. He's become Alba, the strongest and most infamous villain in the entire game. There's just one problem: Alba dies. No matter how the game's story unfolds, every route ultimately leads to his death. Knowing exactly what awaits him if he becomes involved with the game's characters and events, Alba comes up with the safest strategy imaginable: don't participate in the story at all. Before the game's plot can even begin, he leaves his ducal family behind, retreats deep into the mountains, and happily settles into a quiet slow life far away from the academy and all of his potential doom flags. His plan works perfectly... until he happens to rescue a beautiful girl named Sheria. Unfortunately, Sheria isn't some random traveler. She's one of the game's heroines and one of the very people capable of leading Alba straight toward his predetermined destruction. Even worse, she becomes attached to the man who saved her and insists that Alba accompany her to Clearna Academy, the primary setting of the original game. Dragged kicking and screaming back into the story he desperately tried to escape, Alba must now contend with his former fiancée, an affectionate saint, troublesome capture targets, unavoidable fights, and one doom flag after another. Alba may be the strongest villain in the game, but strength won't necessarily save him from the story itself. All he wants is to return to his peaceful life in the mountains, but fate, and the heroines surrounding him, have other plans.
